A scientific base and methods of creation of new Merino breed is worked out, the constitutionally-productive types of animals and those productive parameters, the level of genetic differentiation of herds are certain. Four new lines of Ascanian Merino breed are created. Technology of selection of sheep of Azov and Crimean types of Tsigay of breed is worked out and the selection breeding groups of sheep are created. It has been proved the suitability of Tsigay sheep for the production of lamb meet at the level of world requirements. The system of selection in a few closed populations of sheep of Ascanian Meet-Wool of breed with the purpose of creation of prominent genotypes and forming of domestic importuning gene pool is worked out. Methodological bases are worked out and it is created new domestic Ascanian Karakul breed of sheep with the combined productivity and increased multiparity with three intrabreed types - Ascanian breed type of multiparous Karakul sheep of the black colour, Ascanian breed type of Karakul sheep of the grey colour, Bukovyna type of Karakul sheep and by ten genealogical lines. The system of estimation and prognosis of population-genetic parameters of breeds and lines of sheep of South region of Ukraine is worked out with the use of computer technique for automation and acceleration of processes of selection. The mechanism of pricing is worked out in the sheep breeding, which functions in the general co-operating with other constituents of economic mechanism, in particular, with the mechanism of forming of charges and his action is sent to forming of prices, which provide achievement of profitability of industry.
