Objective: To identify adaptive features of new barley breeding material. To develop and submit to state testing spring malt barley variety with increased resistance to stress environmental conditions, group resistance to fungal diseases. Results. In the world spring barley gene pool new sources of valuable traits have been identified. By hybridization and mutagenesis new source material have been created.
