Scientific novelty: for the first time in Ukraine a new forming and storage method of national fund of newspaper editions and creation of their electronic analogues fund is developed for the sake of collection of electronic original layout from the editorial staffs of printing mass-media; it was proposed to make proper amendments in the legislation of Ukraine on the obligatory copy of documents; the state bibliography databases for 2009-2010 are created, the most complete among all bibliographic establishments of the country; electronic data array of Ukrainian-language edition of UDC amendments and supplements for 2008 is formed, abridged, branch (section 37) and UDC and BBC rendition tables, CD UDC electronic edition in PDF format. There are no analogues to these works. The SR results are intended for the use by the State Committee for TV and radio of Ukraine, by other organs of executive power, by the publishing business subjects, by mass-media organizations, by libraries, educational, scientific establishments, other users of information in Ukraine and abroad.
