Scientific novelty consists in the first detailed research conducted with the purpose to create the material to the repertoire of printing products in Ukraine for 1917 --1918, as the official data is not correct, defined their quantitative indexes and refined data as for the publishing houses, publishing societies and other organizations that carry on publishing activity. The structure and electronic database of non-periodicals is worked out and periodicals and continued editions 1917 --1924 as for the unique and especially valuable editions that need first priority restoration. The SR results are intended for the use by archives, libraries, scientific institutions, information centers of Ukraine.
