On the base of the phases stability thermodynamic calculations for high disperse fillers into aluminum matrix, the recommendations of matrix aluminum alloys chemical content for thermal spraying are developed. Desirable alloying of silicon, undesirable Ti and Mg for aluminum matrix alloys is stated. The original determination method of non-metallic and oxide inclusions quantity for aluminum powders, aluminum based composites and composites coatings is developed, by means of the simultaneous thermal . Validation of the electric arc spray method for composites coatings producing is confirmed using inert gas (argon) as operate and protective flows. Operate modes of making coating with dense composite protective shell and minimum oxides content are developed. The tribological properties of composite coatings are investigated, the rising of wearproof characteristics for aluminum composite coatings with high dispersed fillers is stated.
