Karazin popup.description2 The objects of our research were green microalgae Dunaliella viridis and Chlorella vulgaris. The aim of research consisted in following: to research producing capacity of microalgae Dunaliella viridis and Chlorella vulgaris in conditions of accumulation and quasicontinuous cultivation in thin layers of cellular suspension in flat cultivators. In course of research we studied: - the influence layer depth of cellular suspension on growth dynamic of microalgae, lipids content and ?-carotene in biomass in conditions of accumulation cultivation; - characteristics of growth dynamic of microalgae in different regimens of quasicontinuous cultivation; - the influence ethanol on growth dymamic of microalgae in conditions of quasicontinuous cultivation. It was showed: - the depth of cellular suspension in cultivator doesn't influence on exponential phase length of Ch. vulgaris but growth intensity of microalgae in exponential phase non-linear decreased with increase of layer depth of cellular suspention that lead to non-linear decrease of specific producing capacity; - increase of selection frequency (once a 7 days> once a 3 days ) lead to producing capacity decrease of microalgae in conditions of quasicontinuous cultivation, ethanol application increase producing capacity of microalgae in regimen of selection once a 3 days; - activity of ?-carotene depositing in D. viridis cells depend on depth of cellular suspention in cultivator, this dependence has non-linear character; - increase layer depth of cellular suspention lead to considerable increase activity of ?-carotene depositing in D. viridis cells in stationary phase of growth; - neutral lipids content in D. viridis biomass from "thin" vertical cultivators is considerable higher than in D. viridis biomass from "thin" horizontal cultivators; - increase of cultivation temperature lead to decrease of activity of ?-carotene and triacylglycerides depositing in D. viridis cells.
