Karazin popup.description2 The objects of studies - organic objects including a number of organic dyes containing alkali metal atoms; composite structures with W coatings on stainless steel with Cu intermediate layer and without it; getter intermetallic zirconium-vanadium alloy; monocrystalline leucosapphire (Al2O3). The purpose of work - to obtain data about the IPE parameters (spectral composition, quantum yield and spatial distribution of emissions of excited particles flying-off from surfaces) to understand processes resulting in excited particles forming under an ion irradiation of various organic dye targets. Methods of research - optical spectral analysis of excited particles radiation (ion-photon spectrometry - IPS); thermodesorption mass-spectrometry, electron microscopy and electrical resis-tivity measurements; mass-spectrometry of secondary ions; optical microscopy, temperature de-pendences of reflection intensity in UV spectra region. A number of methods of forming different targets from organic dyes was developed. A whole number of experimental researches was done on the measuring device. On the base of obtained data processes resulting in forming and flying-off excited and charged particles sputtered from organic dye molecules were determined. Processes of helium and deuterium retention and thermodesorption from composite structures with tungsten coatings and their influence on coatings structural changing and electrical resistance were studied. Helium and deuterium retention coefficients and their dependences on irradiation doses were determined. The comparison of processes of forming and annealing of radiation defects in composite structures irradiated with helium and deuterium ions was done.
