Karazin popup.description2 Research object is nano- and microdispersed powders of geksagonal ferrite of barium of base and composition, which contain calcium. The purpose of work is forecasting and experimental research of magnetic condition of the system of nanocrystals Ca0,5Ba0,5Fe12O19 with real distribution on sizes and the fields of effective magnetic anisotropy depending on temperature-field conditions. Methods of research: X-ray diffraction phase analysis, Messbauer and infrared-spectroscopy, magnetometric method of measurements of magnetic parameters. Experimental powder samples of geksagonal ferrite, which contain calcium with use of cryochemical technology and (nanopowders) improved method of deposition from corium are received (micropowders). On the grounds of received distribution of particles on the fields of anisotropy caused influence of surface anisotropy along with magnetocrystal, the evaluation of size of critical superparamagnetic volume is made at different temperatures which showed a real opportunity of transition with change of magnetic condition of particles in under study temperatures interval. Made forecast of transition from magnetostable to superparamagnetic condition is confirmed by results of researches of temperature dependences of magnetization at fixed values of external magnetic field. Practical approval of use of received microchips for modification by ferrimagnetic particles of bioactive ceramics is conducted. Product Description popup.authors Борисова Н. Голубенко З.
