Karazin popup.description2 It is established the temperature dependence of electrical resistivity of the bulk amorphous alloy Zr41.2Be22.5Ti13.8Cu12.5Ni10 and its polycrystalline counterpart. Hydrogen saturation of the bulk amorphous alloy leads to the formation of crystalline hydride (Ti, Zr)Hx. In this case, the (T) dependence has a "metallic" character, and the superconducting transition shifts to higher temperatures and extended. The activation energy of hydrogen (deuterium) diffusion in zirconium is UH = 0.52 eV and UD = 0.50 eV, respectively. The migration energy of hydrogen at grain boundaries is Uhydr = 0.16 eV. The influence of impurities on the electrical and thermal conductivity in the range 2-300 K of pure hafnium has defined. When the concentration of light impurities increases, the residual resistance increases too, and the Debye temperature and intensity of s-s scattering of electrons by phonons decreases. Lorenz number is significantly greater than "Summerfield" value that can be caused by inelastic scattering of electrons by impurities. The effect of high hydrostatic pressure on electrical resistance in the ab-plane of single-crystal YBa2Cu3O7-? with oxygen deficiency has investigated. Induced by this pressure the redistribution of labile oxygen leads to the strengthening of phase separation, which is accompanied by structural relaxation and uphill diffusion in the bulk. Thus there is a significant shift of the temperature plots, which corresponds to metal-insulator transition and the mode of implementation of the pseudogap anomalies.
