The possibility of using stochastic models in the management of closed-cycle wet ball milling of the first stage of iron ore. The value of project proposals and reduce the stock of installed capacity over by using regenerative cascade. As an example using the method - Calculation parameters and modes of working surfaces of the mill BCA (R)-3600h3000 used for reconstruction of spherical grinding RZF-1 Ingulets GOK. According to expert assessment ing reconstruction provides the economic impact of $ 2.6 million pay-back period of 2 years. The main subject of research is the study of electromagnetic fields and currents mine three-phase power cables. The aim of the research is to develop a three-phase current sensor cable, to obtain objective information about current consumption mining area of the mine. This sensor should have a simple design, small trudoemnist on for power-line and provide the specified accuracy parameters. Based on the literature, all sensors currents were divided into two groups: contact and noncontact. To ensure simplicity and ease of installation of power line sensor was elected non-contact type current sensor. In practical work consists in developing non-contact current sensor. To investigate the mine power line was designed stand, which sells three-phase power line with different brands of cable and the possibility of installing the necessary load current. On the basis of the stand has been completed study of the electromagnetic field distribution of power cable. As a result of development work was carried out contactless current sensor model and tested it on a stand and work on real power cables in a mine Ternivs'ka "association" Pavlograd-coal. " The data showed that the allowable total load in asymmetric three-phase power line at 3%, current indicators of measurement error does not exceed 7%. The main scientific results of research is to determine the form of electromagnetic field around the mine three-phase power cable. For developed contactless current sensor created software that lets you take the form of electromagnetic field around the mine-phase power cable with the ability to convert its current value in the cable. The sensor has a standard digital interface RS-485 uses the field bus MODBUS RTU and can be relatively easily integrated into the monitoring system of the mining area. The research determined that due to certain shortcomings of centralized power, more cost-effective option for decentralized power supply is mine or group of mines from their own independent source of energy with high efficiency and maneuverability, especially for its work is sustainable fuel - coal. Determined that the minimum power AB power required by the regulations, the group can achieve alignment GEN mine, which is a necessary and sufficient condition, and lower consumption of electrical power and energy of each EP AB subject to availability, which is not enough to form its minimum level. As a practical result of research developed simulation model of the AB power supply of coal mines, which considers the mining-geological conditions and technological limitations coal mine operation and allows modeling of individual and group to form a gene which can be defined minimum power AB.
