The primary attention was given to investigation such systems in the Carpathians and Crimea. It is possible to use the taught results for warnings about storms connecting with super-power convective clouds and heavy precipitation. The physical-statistical model is created for clouds of the different types being encountered over Ukraine. The criteria of the separation of the frontal mixed clouds by their phase composition are proposed on the basis of the numerical simulation of the mixed frontal clouds and analysis of satellite images. The one-dimensional (vertical) model of the atmosphere is created, it makes possible to restore the profiles of the meteorological parameters in terms of their values at the standard levels. The three-dimensional numerical model of the boundary layer of the atmosphere, based on the explicit consideration of the vortices of large scale (LES- model), is developed. The results of radar studies of the convective cloud systems in the Crimea are presented. The analysis of the tendencies of strengthening hail processes and tornado within five-year period 2006 - 2010 yr is carried out. The new criteria of the hail hazard in convective clouds on the basis of rotation characteristics of convective clouds are proposed.
