Usage of the solar modules in the conditions of Ukraine. Purpose of Research. Increase of efficiency of the usage the solar modules in the conditions of Ukraine. Methods and Apparatus of Research. In process used the methods of probabilistic modeling, theories of decision-making, dynamic programming, information-logical modeling, spatial modeling in the geographic information system; and also facilities is the personal computer, operating system of Windows XP, Trial-versions of software products of Statistic, Delphi, MapInfo. Theoretical and practical results - The probabilistic model of distributing of intensity of solar radiation is got for the Kirovograd region and the method of receipt of such model is offered. - The variant of search of optimum decisions is offered in regard to combinations of power streams in the conditions of vagueness with the use of criteria of Laplace, Wald, Sewij, Hurwitz. - The information-logical model of atlas solar and wind potentials of Ukraine (on the basis on information of institute renewable energy sources of Ukraine) and database is developed for DSS; - Approach is offered to the spatial design by facilities of the geographic information system and raster's models which help to estimate territory of Ukraine with position of expedience a placing solar and winds options are got. - Recommendations are systematized for design photo-electric systems. - Comparative estimation is conducted between the solar modules on the base of crystalline silicon (c-Si) and amorphous silicon (a-Si). - The factors of the effective usage the solar modules are systematized in the conditions of Ukraine. - Programmatic realization of model is developed for determination of system configuration of the solar modules and wind turbines for individual user. - Databases are developed "Atlas of solar and wind potential of Ukraine" on the platform of MS Access and Map Info with visualization of information on a map. - The functions indicated higher, the models and programs, are computer-integrated in DSS. - An agreement is signed about cooperation between SFAU and the institute renewable energy sources NAS of Ukraine. - In SFAU the research laboratory of energy-savings is opened. Novelty. A model is finished off for determination of system configuration solar modules and wind turbines for individual user. All other theoretical and practical results are new. Efficiency of introduction. On this stage of work separate results (method of determination of division intensity solar radiation, databases "Atlas of solar and wind potential of Ukraine" on the platform MS Access and Map Info with visualization of information on a map is used in an educational process). After introduction in the DSS function of the decision-making estimation, above which researches, and testing and adjusting of pilot version software product, the economic evaluation of efficiency of introduction will be got.
