The object of research was represented by the legal relations connected with realization of the state sovereignty. The work purpose - research of problems of constitutionally-legal and international legal regulation of the state sovereignty; parities of the sovereignty and the sovereign rights; evolutions of sights concerning the state sovereignty at the different forms of government; features of realization of the state sovereignty in the conditions of membership of the state as a part of supranational association; problems of the statement of the state sovereignty in Ukraine. Research methods - analytical, structural, system, logic, rather-legal, is formal-logic, and also the complex approach to studying of problems of state-legal development in the conditions of membership in the supranational organization of the power. Carrying out of research of problems of the state sovereignty caused by necessity of studying of a problem of a parity of the sovereignty and the sovereign rights, introductions in a categorial number of the theory of the sovereignty of such concepts as the sovereignty of the person, the economic and tax sovereignty, studying of specificity of functioning of the state in the conditions of its membership in the supranational organizations, and also at a stage of its stay in the country-candidate status. Scientific recommendations and conclusions of the performed research work are used by working out and review of projects of legal acts, creation of monographies, textbooks, educational and scientifically-practical literature.
