A work aim is a creation of high efficiency with the consumable energy of technological equipment the little for production of build blocks from the overhard concrete mixtures; An analysis of existent methods and constructions of technological equipment for production of build blocks is conducted. Scientific bases of creation of technological equipment intended for production of build blocks from the overhard concrete mixtures which consists of mixer of forced action with one billow and variable form of vibrating blades and vibration-power machine with the vibration pressing working organ are developed. Theoretical researches of mixer equipment are conducted and basic parameters of mixers are definite: with the variable forms of blades, with the chain exciter of turning vibrations, with the vibration-impulsive drive of turning vibrations, with exciter of turning vibrations of blade billow, vibration forced action rotary. Constructions are developed and an efficiency of preparation of concrete mixtures is definite by the offered mixers. Theoretical researches are conducted and basic parameters of vibration press for forming build blocks from the overhard concrete mixtures are definite. Experimental is conducted research and a detail design of technological equipment for production of build blocks from the overhard concrete mixtures is developed on their results. The research job performances have a scientific novelty and practical meaningfulness, will used in planning a new technological equipment for forming build blocks. Prognosis suppositions in relation to development of research object are a composition of method of computations and development of construction of new technological equipment for shaping concrete wares from the overhard concrete mixtures.
