Object of researches - the phenomena and processes which proceed on a surface of processed bodies of any structure under the influence of the concentrated water-jet-guided laser influence, conditions of development of a funnel of destruction and localization of the thermal-hydrodynamic phenomena, kinetics superficial transformations and changes of physicotechnical properties of blankets. The work purpose - working out of industrial technologies of microcutting and transformation of properties of a condition of surfaces on the basis of effects of water-jet-guided laser influence; creation of means of new generation. Methods of researches - theoretical and experimental researches of the difficult thermal-hydrodynamic phenomena on a surface of a firm body and in surface layer of the structured materials, mathematical modeling with use of fundamental positions warmly - and mass carry on the basis of the generalized compensatory models of initial structural elements of a composite developed by the author, means of electronic microscopy and x-ray energy-dispersible microanalysis, means of pyrometry and photofixing of the rapid phenomena. Work is carried out on the basis of fundamental positions of destruction of materials by powerful streams of the energy formulated during performance SRW № 0106U002060. The technology of cutting of sheet composit materials is developed by a water-jet-guided laser method and the offered optical-beam systems. Technology realization on the research equipment has shown that displacement of the center of the maximum capacity from an expected point which conducts to corresponding displacement and zones destruction that it is possible to explain oscillatory processes in jet and errors of drawing up of elements water-jet systems is observed. It confirms the theoretical precondition that cutting should be carried out with restriction of number of Reynolds, i.e. a stream, turbulization which doesn't exceed certain level. Also there is a necessity of more detailed analysis of geometry of elements water-jet system elements as they cause errors of processing and are caused by rigidity of elements of technological system. It has allowed to improve the technical decision of performance of a cutting head and to issue the patent application of Ukraine. Use of photo-electric converters and statistical processing of signals of intensity has given possibility to receive the diagram of distribution for different angles of slope of a groove chisel, and, accordingly, for different speeds of movement of a water-jet head. Their analysis proves that any deviation of a stream from a geometrical axis causes displacement of a zone of beam erosion, i.e. there is an expansion of a zone of erosion for expected borders, and accuracy of reproduction of a contour worsens. It confirms the assumption concerning the maximum power absorption by a processed body of radiation in a point of the greatest turbulization stream. Thus, the spent complex of theorist-experimental researches has allowed to develop main principles of formation of high-energy influence by a water-jet stream, to show the basic laws of distribution of density of an irradiation and to establish functional dependences for definition of intensity of removal of a material, level of roughness of a surface, and also the expected form of a funnel; to describe the mechanism mass carry in a zone of influence and to reveal laws of formation of temperature fields that has given the chance to establish expected transformation of properties of a blanket of samples of investigated materials. The developed technologies of water-jet-guided laser cutting have allowed to formulate requirements to the operative equipment. So, the concept of the water-jet-guided laser machine tool for high-precision cutting of sheet materials by thickness to 35 mm and the sizes 1500х1500 mm, with step-type behavior of 0,05 mm is offered at use of a jet head with the sizes of a profile nozzle 0, 1-5 mm. Feature of the equipment is that it is constructed with use of mechanisms of parallel kinematic structure. The patent analysis of the equipment has shown that it exceeds the best world analogs as owns wide technological possibilities, the compactness, the raised resource of separate elements.
