Studies of the electronic structure, mechanisms of superconducting state, charge and magnetic ordering, electronic properties of these novel quasi-two-dimensional superconducting and magnetic materials were carried out. The technology background for fabrication of HTS cuprate thin films with a high current-carrying ability was developed and electrodynamic properties of these films were determined at high and low frequencies, in a wide ranges of temperatures and magnetic fields. The samples of microwave devices, based on HTS thin films were fabricated.
