The reason for this phenomenon is the fact that in high multiplicity proton-proton events many elementary flux tubes are produced, which represent an energy density which by accident usually deviates from an ideal cylindrical symmetry. This structure appears as a consequence of a longitunial invariant asymmetry of the energy density from overlapping flux tubes, which translates into longitudinal invariant elliptical flow The basic hydrokinetic code was modified to include the transversally bumping tube-like initial conditions with the aim to study how the initial fluctuations in the energy density evolve with time. We found that the effect of fluctuations of the initial conditions was not washed out during the system expansion. The evolution of the energy density distributions and velocity profiles are calculated in the framework of the 3D hydrodynamics. Possible physically grounded configurations of initial density profiles are studied.
