It was assigned those HL-transitions hysteresis is determined by one type of interaction of complexes. With help ab-initio calculations of carbon nanotubes (NT) with different nitrogen concentration it was determined that essential distortion of NT structure is possible at nitrogen concentration greater 10%. (For all calculations structure optimization was performed.) The tube form is no longer cylinder and cross-section is no longer circle. The conditions of film carbon nitride growth was analyzed in dependence of substrate temperature, plasma power, bias potential, nitrogen pressure, concentration of oxygen in nitrogen atmosphere. It has been shown that pipe structure forms at average substrate temperature (120 - 200 С), nitrogen concentration about 10-20 at.% and at low-energy ion bombing (no less then 10 eV). Short-term heat treatment of the film in air at 610 К is lead to disappearance of the amorphous phase and forming separated tubular nanostructures. An increase in mass and optical density were revealed in films CNx obtained in an atmosphere mixed with ammonia after prior UV irradiation of the initial film and further heat it in the air up to 540 K due to absorption of atmospheric nitrogen.
