The development object is a high-frequency generator for medical researches carrying out. The aim of work is development and producing the high-frequency with special form of oscillation spectrum and software of parameters generator for medical researches carrying out on restoration the immune protection mechanism by means of radio wave method. The aim of medical part of research work (2-5 stages) is investigation of disturbed immune protection immune deficient and oncologic patients' restoration and treatment of diseases, which are associated with Chernobyl disaster, by means of radio wave method, and optimization of immune rehabilitation methods for patients with various forms of oncologic pathology. Research Methods: general clinical, retrospective analysis, immunological, in particular - total blood analysis with leukocyte counts and counting the atypical mononuclear, immunoblast and plasma cells number; evaluation of neutrophils phagocyte activity by examining the levels of phagocyte index, phagocyte number, quantity of active phagocytes, phagocyte capacity of blood; counting the natural killers (large granular lymphocytes) and evaluation of their functional activity by examining the cytokine concentration of gamma interferon in the whey of blood. The way to restore immune protection for patients with oncologic pathology by non-pharmacological effect on the number and functional activity of natural killers - special cytotoxic blood cells that carry out normal antigenic homeostasis of the body, by destroying mutant, tumor, damaged and infected cells is grounded theoretically. The main directions of further generating device experimental study in vitro and in vivo are detected. The generator device model for medical researches and treatment is developed and produced. The laboratory tests of generator device are conducted. The schemes and principles of whole blood irradiation are developed.
