The development object is a high-frequency generator for medical researches carrying out. The aim of work is development and producing the high-frequency with special form of oscillation spectrum and software of parameters generator for medical researches carrying out on restoration the immune protection mechanism by means of radio wave method. The aim of medical part of research work is investigation of disturbed immune protection immune deficient and oncologic patients' restoration and treatment of diseases, which are associated with Chernobyl disaster, by means of radio wave method. Technical aspects of the high-frequency generator construction for medical researches carrying out on restoration immune protection mechanism are grounded, technical documentation for producing the generator device model and controlled software for the desired mode of operation and parameters of generator device are developed. Medical researches on radio wave irradiation of whole blood in vitro are carried out. The results of oncologic patients' blood irradiation are given.
