The purpose - working out of scientific grounds of creation new resource-saving manufacturing techniques from PCA under regulated thermal influence of high-quality castings with specified level of dispersion and uniformity of structure. Methods of explorations - theoretical, mathematical and physical modeling, computer thermal and spectral analyses, metallographic studies. As a result of the made work scientific grounds new resource-saving manufacturing techniques of high-quality castings from PCA are developed, that is a significant payment in the decision of a priority scientific and technical problem of world level on increasing of properties of metal of cast products and decreasing its metal consumption at simultaneous reduction of material and power expenses for its manufacture, reduction of harmful effect on environment and providing sustainable development of manufacture of aluminium casting. 5 patents are received, 3 patent applications of Ukraine are submitted, 57 works, including 30 - theses of reports are published. New technologies have passed trial check. Use area - the enterprises of mechanical engineering, instrument making and nonferrous metallurgy.
