It is solved a problem of reconstruction of the dynamical system phase space on the basis of the measurements data. It is solved a problem of forecasting the system future state on the basis of the reconstructed phase space. As examples, there are considered ans solved the problems of forecasting quantum-information sustem evolution, propogation and fluctuations of the pollution concentrations in the insdustrial cities athmosphere, some hydroecologicasl systems with possibilities of the forecasting their evolution on the basis of the nonlinear analysis and chaos theory methods.
