An object of research became a concrete definition of separate positions of concerning separate kinds of immovable objects of a cultural heritage, borders of territories of objects of a cultural heritage and modes of their use. The purpose of work became improvement of legal base in sphere of protection of a cultural heritage, creation of necessary and sufficient conditions for preservation of monuments. Methods of research: gathering, carrying out of natural researches of objects of a cultural heritage, the statistical analysis of a material and ordering of the received results.
