It was establish the long-term and urgent adaptive shifts of muscular blood circulation at athletes of cyclic, force-speed and combat kind of sport. The long-term and urgent adaptive shifts of muscular blood circulation in athletes of different kind of sports were contrastive analyzed. It was established the significant difference of the muscular blood supply is depend from specialization, sex and qualification of the athletes. The analytic revue of modern scientific literatures is realized.
