Work purpose is methodological approaches estimation of ecological and economic potential of industrial enterprise research and saving resources mechanism in the enterprise control system. Research methods: complex method, including an analysis and generalization of literary sources; general theory of the systems; fundamental positions of economic theory; ecological and economic indexes comparative analyses; logical approach. The theoretical ground of ecological and economic potential category of industrial enterprises is given and the practical and methodological approaches to ecological and economic potential estimation and use in the ecological-system management process are offered.
