These materials were investigated by methods of XPS and Raman spectroscopy. On the base of study Messbauer effect and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra the analysis of the nature of the chemical bonds was done. Dielectric spectra, electroacoustics and magnetic properties of the phosphorous chalcogenides crystals M M P S(Se) with different types of dipole odering and semiconductor and ionic conductivity were investigated..
