The ground medium is modeled with axisymmetric differential equations of one-dimensional flows and its state is determined in according to non-linear model of three component medium. The influence of elastic ground coefficients on the eigenfrequencies and eigenmodes of the rectangular shallow ribbed shells is studied, The appearance the multyple eigenfrequencies leads to change eigenmodes. The problem of interact of plane shock wave with arched mine working is solved. On the basis of ray method the program is carried out for determination of dynamic loads around the arched mine working and static loads - with using the finite element method. A technique for analysis of non-stationary vibrations of cylindrical shells which interact with flowing liquid is proposed. Non-stationary processes are caused to external radial and longitudinal quasiperiodic forces which are characterised with slowly varying on time parameters. Using this technique a numerical study of peculiar properties of the direct and reverse transition of the system shell-liquid through the resonance area with the velocity variation of this transmission is carried out.
