To the objects, to consuming the imported natural gas for technological processes, the caldrons affinage of lead belong at the plant of "Ukrsplav".One from the most perspective and simply enough realized variants of energy saving technologies at the affinage of lead there is a method of economy imported natural gas by the use of thermal power of get-away smoke gases of caldrons affinage for heating of to blow air, given on gas burners. A mathematical model, setting intercommunication of charges gaseous fuel, is developed, air and smoke gases with the temperature condition of gas-rings, and also mathematical model of thermal processes and aerodynamic windage heater. The variants of arrangement equipment the system of serve air and taking of smoke gases are considered.
