The objective of this work is to study the regularities of forming of cities discharge waters, that are situated in the basin of the river Dnieper, and to work out the modern technologies their cleaning, additional cleaning and utilization. The methods of research are laboratory one and field one. The new technologies of additional cleaning of discharge waters and the recommendations for utilization of this one for irrigation have worked out as a result of this researches. The cities discharge waters may be utilize for irrigation and manure of agricultural plants. The branches of their utilization are water economy and agriculture, keeping environment.
