Two different types of these processes were considered. First one is related to the diffusion of proteins at the spherical bilipid surface of a vesicle and the creation of a cluster at one of the poles of the vesicle. Created functional cluster is the centre of actin's polimerization and promotes building-up of the vesicle actin tail. The latter growth moves at the same time the vesicle within the cell. The second type of process concerns vesicular exocytosis, i.e. vesicle docking to the cell membrane, creation of a pore and emptying its content into extracellular space. Such processes are very important for the proper functioning of living organisms and occur, for instance, in neurons during the transfer of the excitation, in chromaffin cells during adrenalin secretion etc. For each of the mentioned types of vesicular transport a mathematical model was built and numerical simulation was carried out. Comparison of the obtained theoretical results with recent experimental data allows reconstruction of the values of main biochemical parameters as well as functional dependences, which characterize these complex processes.
