The purpose of the work: on the base of theoretical and experimental researches to create chemical compositions and manufactury technology of protective, decorative, electrical-insulating and other functional coverages on ceramic and metallic substructure of film heaters, and also for enamelled domestic products and application for chemical current sources. Methods of researches: calculated - thermodynamic and statistical, experimental - basic physicochemical methods of the analysis. The base relations for electrical-insulating propeties of glasses to their chemical composition are defined. The practical compositions glasscrystalline of electrical-insulating coverages for aluminum and mild steel and the technological parameters fhereof are offered. The composition are designed and the technological parameters of deriving fluoricless boricless titaniccalcium of enamels for enamelling steelworks domestic and sanitary - technical assignment are established. The compositions and technological parameters of manufacture glasscrystalline solid electrolytes for lithium chemical current sources are designed on the basis of oxide-salt phosphate and borate of glasses. The materials are obtained by their indication of ionic conductivity exceed world analogs. The area of usage is the production of lacquers and paints; the production and treatment of other glass wares; the production of other technical ceramic material; the treatment and deposition of coverages on metals.
