Results and their novelly - in the result of realizedreseardh the fauna of mammals of "Cape Martyan" Nature Reserve" was revealed and list of the fauna of birds of Nature Reserve was updated. The analysis of the rarityness of the terrestrial vertebrates fauna of Nature Reserve was provided. A preliminary list of the "Cape Martyan" Nature Reserve" acarofauna is composed for the first time, which includes 112 species from 34 families, belonging to 2 orders. An eleven new for science species of mites were described from the "Cape Martyan" Nature Reserve". An original data on biology of particular mite species and data on Black See dolphins staying in area of water of Nature Reserve were obtained. The periods with maximum number of dolphins blowouts on south shore of Crimea are determined, the regularity of animal species in blowouts is revealed, their sex and size structure is determined. Results of the work, 5 books of "Nature chronicle" inculcate in the Ministry of Ecology of Ukraine and National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Ukraine.
