The aim of work - making the data basis about the content of bioactive substances (vitamin C and P-active substances, organic acids, sugars, pectines, etc) in stone fruits and subtropical fruits introduced and bred in NBG-NSC by selection and also about interconnections between these bioactive substances and about the laws of changing of the content of chemical compounds in them during the evolution or selection for using these data in breeding and for obtaining biologically valuable food products and prophylactic compositions. Methods of research - systematization of data about the content of bioactive substances in the stone fruits and subtropical fruits using computer programmes and obtained by analitical methods. The electronic data basis about the content of dry substances, monosaccharides, saccharose, sum of sugars, ascorbic acid, titrable acid, anthocyans, proanthocyanides, pectines and fruit's mass for varieties of the following crops: nectarine (265 speciments), peach - 171, apricot - 278, cherry-plum - 247, feijoa - 222, ziziphus - 208, pomegranate - 452, distant hybrids Prunus brigantiaca x Armeniaca vulgaris ('Olimp') - 120, (all together - 1963) has been done. The electronic catalogue of plants' speciments according to the content of vitamine C and P-active substances has been formed. The methodics recommendation 'Ziziphus: biology of plant development, preservation and processing has been written.
