The aim of work - working out and testing the methods of evalation of principles of long term management of agroecosystem stability on the base of using of natural-technogenic technologies of epiphytotic control of phytopahogenes and increasing the level of resistance of many years agrocoenosis with the purpose to reduce the menace of their epidemic security, growth stabilization of fruit crops productivity and improving their economic indexes and preservation of the environment. The state of agroecosystems has been tested using the methods of classification and ordinations plants on the complex of biotic factors (index Simpson and index Pielu). Epiphytotic processes in agropathosystems have been observed on the example of some species of phytophages. The methods of selection evaluation on immunity to pathogenes have been used for obtaining varieties with new properties to epitoties of fungi diseases. The effective use of regulators of growth, development and propogation of phytophages has been determined by methods of toxycology (on damaged harvest) and domography (on changing of biotic potential). The results and novelty - the atlention was paid to the regulation of interconnections in system "parasite-host"; the orchard agrocoenosise was studied as the single whole system (pathosystem); the procent of damaged apple varieties by pests was determined. The system og monitoring based on evaluation of the proceeding speed of interconnection processes oh natural pathosystems has been done on population (specific) level and its data were used for working out the cybernetics principles of informational software and controlling the processes of productivity and adaptation in agrocoenosis.
