The purpose of research - development of cultivation methods of immature zygotic embryos, ovaries and ovules culture, somatic embryogenesis in conditions in vitro of kiwi, ziziphus, persimmon and feijoa by using knowledge of the morphogenesis of the investigated genotypes and the results of the influence of abiotic and biotic factors for creation of high productive somaclones. Methods of investigation - method of obtaining aseptic culture, tissue and organ culture methods, somatic embryogenesis, organogenesis, direct plant regeneration, the statistical analysis. Results and novelty - the regenerants of subtropical fruits have been obtained by the selection of optimal explant of investigated plants, by studying the influence of biotic and abiotic factors on the regeneration capacity of kiwi, ziziphus, persimmon and feijoa explants. Methodical recommendations of immature zygotic embryos, ovaries and ovules culture, somatic embryogenesis in kiwi, ziziphus, persimmon and feijoa has been developed. The stages of new somaclones creating have been determined, which will accelerate the breeding process.
