The purpose of research - to study the genefund, select best patterns, and create new highly productivity, proof to illnesses, adapted to the terms of steppe and foothill Crimea of varieties of stone, seed and nut crops. Methods of investigation - standard methods used in international practice for selection and developed in the department of southern fruit crops of the NBG-NSC methods of primary varietal study and selection of subtropical fruit and nut crops. Results and novelty - the obtained new varieties: 5 peach varieties (Vavylovsky, Demerjynsky, Kandydatsky, Clown, Osvijayuchy) with highly harvest, high quality and marketability fruits, winter hardy and adaptive to steep Crimea conditions and south Ukraine; 3 sweet cherry varieties (Znatnaya, Karadag, Kutuzovka) with marketable and transportable fruits, resistance to splitting (with strength skin); sour cherry - 'Afrodyte' - with big fruits and best biochemical and technological showings; quince - 2 varieties (Novorichna, Oktyabrina) with perfect biochemical and technological fruits showings, high resistance to unfavorable factors of environment; pear - 2 varieties (Gvardiyska Zymnya, Nova-Sadovska) of winter terming ripening with marketable fruits, high productive, resistant to cold, proof to illnesses, adaptive to south Ukraine conditions. 4 apricot cultivars (Autok, Alyance, Iskra, Pamyati Ageevoy) with different terming ripening, resistant to cold, with big attractive delicious fruits and cherry-plumes variety Femida with big dark wine-color fruits, heightened content of bioactive substance (antocian), resistant to cold and drought has created with the help of department of south fruit cultures. Scientific-technical documentation is having got ready. 22 perspective hybrids are created (quince - 5, apple - 17) and registered at the National Center for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine (NCPGRU). 12 Certificates are gotten: quince - 4, apple - 8. 13 varieties selection NBG - NSC are introduced to the Register of Ukrainian Plant's Sorts for propagation: quince - 2 (Novorichna, Oktyabrina), peach - 4 (Vavylovsky, Demerjynsky, Kandydatsky, Osvijayuchy), sweet cherry - 6 (Znatna, Karadag, Kutuzovka, Prizyorka, Pikova Dama, Uslada) and one sour cherry 'Afrodyte'. 12 Paternts for sorts are gotten: quince - 2 (Novorichna, Oktyabrina), sweet cherry - 9 (Vesnyani Naspevy, Vytivnytsya, Lypnyova etc.) and one - sour cherry.
