Aim of the investigation: To develop new effective methods of synthesis, to determine physicochemical properties, reactive capacity and biological activity of synthesized new nitrogenecontaining derivatives of 9,10-anthraquinone. Metods of the investigation: Reaction of nucleophylic suesti anthraquinones, reaction of substitution N-nitrocouling, potentiometric and optical study of acidity contstant and decomposition rate constant of anthraquinonediazonium cation, prognosticated biological scrcening according to PASS programme and primary biological screening. Compound individuality has been confirmed by hte data of thin-layer chromatography, their structure - by the records of infrared and proton - magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results of the investigation: The research work deals with the development of the ways of synthesis of new nitrogenecontaining derivatives of 9,10-anthraquinone. The reaction of nucleophylic substitution of bromine in 1-amino-9,10-anthraquinones by amines of diferent nature and reaction of N-nitrocoupling of cation anthraquinonediazoniums with biogenic amines have been investigated, the methods of 1-and 2-amino-9,10-anthraquinone diazotation have been chosen. The investigation has been conducted to define the activity constant and decomposition rate constant of anthraquinonediazonium cation.Prognosticated biological screening according to PASS programme and initial microbiological screening of the synthesided compounds have been caried out.
