Research aim: to study the biological activity of native and stored at -20 and -196 C placental extracts, autoclaved extracts as for erythrocyte suspension, yeast-like fungi and SPEV cells. Research methods: chromatography, spectrophotometry, DSC, EPR, NMR. Results: due to implementation of R&D there were obtained the results of experimental research and theoretical explanation of possible mechanisms of low-temperature storage of placental tissue and extracts influence on their properties and biological effect of extracts on erythrocytes, SPEV cells and yeast-like fungi, it has been shown that extracts' properties depend on initial material, temperature and storage term, but change of some extracts' properties correlates with the change of their biological effect, enabling to specify the current conception of cryodamages and cryoprotection of biological structures. Novelty: there were determined and theoretically grounded the conditions of low-temperature storage of placental extracts and tissues, allowing to preserve maximally the extracts' properties for using in clinical practice. Introduction in to practice efficiency: working-out and modification of cryopreservation methods of cell and tissue suspensions as well as giving an opportunity to use the proposed express-test of biological activity.
