This research is oriented to studying the effect mechanisms of nanocomposite coatings, based on oxide, diamond-like nanocrystalline layers on MSCs functional status regulation for a possible further application in biomedicine. In the research there is planned : to study the effect of basic factors of coating formation under application using different plasm methods on the structure and properties of proposed nanocomposite films;to test the surface characteristics (topography, roughness, surface energy etc.) using the standard and original techniques, designed at the Institutions, participating in the project; to investigate the effect of basic surface and structural nanomaterial characteristics on interaction mechanisms with cell cultures in tests in vitro, including matrix protein secretion and formation of focal adhesion complexes during cell attachment to surfaces of nanostructural substrates; to study morphological and phenotypic MSCs features during culturing on various nanocomposite coatings.Effect mechanisms of nanocomposite coatings based on oxide, diamond-like, nanocrystalline layers with different microarchitectonics on MSC functional status regulation have been studied. Novelty: it has been established that some oxide coatings are able to enrich selectively bone marrow cultures with cells expressing MSC markers and to increase ido gene expression level which enables their futher application in biomedicine.
