An aim of work is research of structure and functional properties of organ cultures, cells of endocrine gland (thyroid, adrenal, pancreas, testis) in the conditions of cryopreservation and transplantation to the animal with the artificially caused hormonal insufficiency of corresponding glands. Research methods are cultivation and cryopreservation of organ cultures and cells, design of hormonal insufficiency of endocrine glands, transplantation, measuring of cortisol, Т3, Т4, TSH, testosterone, aldosterone by a radioimmunologic method, insulin by a enzyme immunoassay, survital staining, flow cytometry, spectrophotometry of glycosylated hemoglobin, glucose, -amylase, light and fluorescent microscopy, histological analysis, statistical analysis of results. Results and their novelty - it is first shown that the cryopreserved cultures of endocrine gland (thyroid, adrenal, pancreas, testis) have high potential at the correction of hormonal insufficiency by transplantation to the recipients with endocrinopathies and bronchial asthma. The conducted comparative analysis of the mono- and combined transplants specifies on the uses of cryopreserved and recultured in presence the explant of hypophysis biomaterial of endocrine gland. Efficiency of introduction - 3 patents were got. Fields of application are cryobiology, cryomedicine, endocrinology, transplantology.
