Introduction of AСP stimulated the system of mononuclear phagocytes and activated the mechanism of leukocyte clearance of lipids from a vascular wall as well as neoangiogenesis in the wall of aorta and myocardium, promoting, mutually with leucocytes, to the acceleration of reversible development of atherosclerosis. At experimental inflammation the application of biologically active substances of placenta tissue allows the normalizing of a cellular response to the focus of inflammation and state of peripheral blood. It demonstrates a reliable suppression of neutrophilic and strengthening of macrophage and fibroblast response if compared with shorter terms of inflammation usual proceeding. Consequently anti-inflammatory effect of placental biologically active substances is manifested with the limitation of alterative and strengthening of reparative events.
