The research aim is to study the effect of cryoprotective mixture on human, fish and canine spermatozoa, to determine approaches to fish embryos cryopreservation; to study the effect of cryopreservation factors on genetic apparatus of human embryos, to develop the method of chorion cells cryopreservation for treatment of burns. Research methods: programmable freezing, cell culturing, morphological analysis, light microscopy, cytogenetic analysis, flow cytometry, immune enzyme analysis, biophysical and biochemical methods, artificial fertilization. Results. The choice of components for cryomixtures depend on the peculiarities of biological object therefore their composition may be determined only after experimental testing of cryomixtures and the choice if optimal equilibration conditions. The elaborated the cryopreservation methods of chorion cell culture and isolated fraction of actively moving human spermatozoa from ejaculates of during normo- and astenospermia are important for current medical practice and further studies on cryopreservation of fish and human embryos are essential to improve the nature conservation measures and assisted reproductive technologies.
