The research aim is to study the effect suspension MSCs bone marrow on regeneration of cartilage tissue under its damage and recommendation of possible application in clinical practice. The research methods are cultural one, light microscopy, luminescent microscopy, bacteriologic and virologic methods, computertomographical, histological and biochemical analysis, surgical methods with laboratory animals. The results of the research work. Мodified technique of cultivation of MSC, providing steady growth of stromal bone marrow stem elements in culture, sufficient number of progenitor cells in culture, microbiological safety, efficiency and effectiveness was developed. An experimental model of traumatic injury of the joint cartilage (JC) revealed, method of introduction the culture of MSCs into the zone of injury worked out and the effectiveness of its application for this pathology proved. Direct involvement of transplanted MSCs into reparative chondrogenesis JC by tagging fluorescent probe PKH-26 was shown. An adequate model of intervertebral disc (ID) degenerative damage in rats, which repeats the compression mechanism of its development in humans was worked out. Optimal tactic of MSC introducing into the zone of injury was worked out and the effectiveness of its use in this disease, which manifests itself not only to increase the height of the ID but the full restoration of its structure was proved. A method of treating JC injuries for possible use in clinical practice was worked out. Field of use - medicine.
