The project is directed on enhancement of physical notions about nature and material deformation mechanism in pointed above conditions. An especial attention will be focused on plasticity and superplasticity of metals and alloys stated in nano- and ultrafinegrained state. The comparison for revealing differences and common features between mechanisms both severe plastic deformation and superplasticity of metals will be executed. The theoretical consideration by molecular dynamics and nonequilibrium evolution thermodynamics methods will be conducted. The last permits to take in account the multilevel hierarchical organization of defects, and to describe influence of different structural level defects on main deformation mechanism with taking in account thermal effect during deformation.
