A 4z(±)2x(+)I(-)- type structure was considered as an example. For this case it is shown, that the spectrum structure (wave type, quantity of modes, невзаимность etc.) depends strongly on the equilibrium magnetization for both normal and surface magnetic polaritons TE and ТМ type. The transition matrix method was used to calculate the spectrum of surface magnetic TE (TM) polaritons near the magnetic photon crystal and antimagnetic medium. It is shown that collective surface polaritons of three types may exist; the necessary conditions for the existence and dispersive properties are found for them. The cases for which contribution of the quadratic magnetooptical interaction to the polariton dynamics in an antiferromagnet with a center of antisymmetry can become dominant than the linear magnetoelectric interaction is defined. Also dynamics of magnetic polaritons s - and p - polarization, which localised near a surface of the semi-bounded magnetic superlattice type "uniaxial antiferromagnet - nonmagnetic dielectric" which is in the crossed magnetic and electrical fields is studied. It is shown, that The spectra of the surfaces of both s- and p- polaritons show nonreciprocity with respect to the inversion of the direction of the propagation of the wave. The conditions at which of surface magnetic TE or TM polaritons in the superlattice may show oscillatory behavior as a function of the distance from its outer surface are found.
