The quadratic magneto-optical interaction, has been chosen as a mechanism that provides a coupling between the spin subsystem of the ferromagnetic medium and the external electric field. As a result carried out analysis has shown, that in case of unequal thickness of the ferromagnetic layers which are a part of domain structure, in the presence of external dc electric field E, the spectrum of normal volume magnetic TE polaritons becomes nonreciprocal to vectors of a dc electric field and an equilibrium magnetic moment m of the ferromagnetic layer. Photon tunneling bands can be formed in the plane of external parameters "frequency-wavenumer" due to the hybridization of evanescent TE waves in magnetic anticollinearly magnetized media that form a stripe domain structure. The regimes of a normal, abnormal or negative refraction can become possible for volume TE- waves in bands of photon tunneling. On the interface between a domain-containing magnetic medium and a nonmagnetic dielectric medium in an external dc electric field, the localization of magnetic TE polaritons can occur, when the electric field is orthogonal to direction of magnetization in the domain. the axis n of the superlattice. In this case, the spectrum of surface electromagnetic wave essentially depends from value of dc electric field, its orientation and from the relative thickness of ferromagnetic anticollinearly magnetised layers. We have shown that, for a given direction n, the character of the spatial localization of a surface TE wave on boundary of magnetic medium can be qualitatively changed by an appropriate choice of the orientation of the vector E. In an external electric field (E || y, m || z) away from the magnetic compensation point (for different thicknesses of the ferromagnetic layers which are a part of 180-degree domain structure), the effective medium becomes bianisotropic.
