We have investigated the features of volume TM- and TE-wave refraction incident from outside on the surface of a uniaxial antiferromagnet with structure 4z (-) 2d (+) I (-) placed in an external dc electric field, collinear a difficult magnetization axis. As a result carried out analysis has revealed, that the magnetic medium becomes bianisotropic, and a part of tensors components of magnetic, dielectric and magnetoelectric susceptibilities, depending on frequency, have resonant character. TE and TM waves incident from outside on a antiferromagnetic surface can exhibit abnormal refraction modes (effect of the negative refraction, and effect of the negative phase velocity) which induced by an external electric field. We have founded requirements at which the angle between a direction of group and phase velocities of a wave in each point of section of a surface of wave vectors is obtuse and the viewed homogeneous antiferromagnetic crystal represents the left medium.
