The purpose of research is refinement of informative and analytical system of budgetary accompaniment process at regional level (as an example of the Kharkiv region). The methods of research is Economic-mathematical Modeling, System Approach, Factor, Comparative and Structure-function Analysis, System Dynamics, Imitation Modeling. The features of the region's economy and budget forming economic activities were identified in the research process. Data set for the project "Intellectual automated informative and analytical system of budgetary accompaniment process on the base of home supercomputer" was formed. The refined set of economic-mathematical models of IASBP for Kharkiv regions was developed and alternative models was implemented at regional level in a package of system-dynamic modeling Powersim. Imitation system-dynamic model of Khrakiv regional economy in the context of budget forming economic activities was developed based on verification and comparison of results of the IASBP models. Based on the analysis of the formation of data array, verification and parameterization of the Imitation system-dynamic model of the Khrakiv regional economy scientific and practical recommendations to improve methods of data collection and processing statistical information were developed. The directions of improving of model for long-term prospect were proposed and justified. The results of different scenarios of budget management in Kharkiv region was determined by the modeling. The results of scientific research were approved and implemented at the work of General Department of Economy Kharkiv Region State Administration (reference № 04-15/3366/16 from 12.14.2010). The forward proposals consist in follow improvement of algorithm for forming an array of information and accommodation of the complex mathematical models of the region's economy to the new rules of taxation.
