Research purpose is forming of mechanism of development of competitive integrated structures of business and further development on this basis methodological and methodical providing of their competitiveness in the modern terms of reconstruction of economy of Ukraine. Research methods are methods of theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, systems analysis, method of formal logic, interdisciplinary approach, factor, cluster, correlation, semantic analysis, imitation design, expert methods. As the result of implementation of the scientific researches, an important scientific and practice task of further ground and development of the theoretical, methodological and methodical provision of mechanism of development of competitive integrated structures of business taking into account the stages, priority directions of development, technology of estimation of readiness of management subjects to integration and strategies of vital activity is solved. First grounded theoretical and methodological base and conception of management development of competitive integrated structure of business; improved: theoretical and methodological provision of creation and use of mechanism of development of integrated structures of business in the conditions of structural innovative changes of national economy, technology of determination of potential of development of integrated structure of business, presentation of competition conduct of integrated structure of business by an orientation on creation of effective composition of competences; got further development: methodical positions on determination of variants organizationally structural construction and regulation of the use of mechanism of management development of integrated structure of business, methodical approach on elaboration of strategy of integration development. The results of scientific research are implemented into the work of Federation of employer of Ukraine, Council of questions of the dedicated mode of investment activity on the territory Kharkov, Joint-stock Company «Turboatom», Company «Proton», Joint-stock Company «Kharkov regional fund of support of entrepreneurship», LTD «Interregional marketing center «Kharkov-Belgorod», Head Office of Economic of Kharkov regional state administration. The practical use of the developed suggestions by integrated structures of industry will allow to define basic directions of development taking into account the results of activity of basic competitors, and their use by the state authorities will allow to determine perspective economic subjects for creation of multiplicative market effect on certain territory.
