Theoretical confirmation of impossibility of withholding is got with such type of fastening of hollow drifts for their repeated use, danger of building of making in butt to mine-out space. On the basis of the conducted geomechanical inspections of the mountain making which are envisaged on such technology of the anchor fastening and analysis of negative displays, it is well-proven, that further development of technology of the anchor fastening must be sent to the improvement of layout of anchors charts. The use of such charts allows to block basic factors which result in the loss of the stable state of underground building. Reasons of worsening of the operating state of mine lifting barrels are educed in connection with their long exploitation at simultaneous complication of mining terms. The basic sources of origin of instability are educed in the geotechnological system of the mine getting up, which create the danger of origin of emergency situations in the process of exploitation of the systems of the mine getting up. The technological consequence/pls of violation of geometry of vertical barrels are classified because of change of mountain breeds. From positions of loss of stability the criteria of transition of the system of the mine getting up are reasonable in the under abnormal condition dangerous technical state. The existent technical equipments of realization wrecking are analysed during the origin of supernumerary situations in the system of the mine getting up and basic directions are certain their improvement. Directions of perfection of the checking of mine atmosphere systems are reasonable on the base of study of conformities to law of transients in the currents of air with speeds, below than touching threshold. Reasons of disparity of existent geocomposite guard constructions are set to the terms of work at dynamic development of processes of formations of blocks in the unsteady geotechnical systems. The mechanism of forming of block-structural array is investigational in the zone at contour of coal mines in the affected of lava zone at presence of metallic reinforcing elements. The necessity of passing is well-proven to much self-reactance control as construction on the whole, so her separate elements and scientific ground of criteria of stability of making in the conditions of no-bottoms from data of monitoring. The basic types of operating of geocomposite constructions conditions are distinguished on the basis of form, sizes and mechanism of formation of structural blocks and size of mechanical tensions in a pedigree array. Basic directions of improvement of the guard systems of the mountain making by introduction of geocomposite constructions of no-bottom and application of new materials and technologies of conduct of tamponing works are certain. On the basis of analysis of structural descriptions of the capillary porous materials saturated by moisture the different forms of connection of eaten up a liquid are educed with particulate matters. Influence of hysteresis of the capillary moistening is shown on the size of remaining dryness, drawn conclusion, that mountain mass has additional uniting forces which must be taken into account at planning of dewaterers. On the basis of experimental researches of the gravity lowering of liquid in a capillary with a laying net influence of size of net is certain on the dynamics of process and size of remaining liquid in a capillary. It is well-proven, that the change of cross-sectional difficult character influences on the size of remain of liquid in a capillary. It is shown that the remain of liquid depends on prehistory of process, law of change of area of cross-sectional of capillary, terms of moistening and parameters of net, which locks a capillary.
